Born in Castellón, he is a Professor and Guitar Concerto winner with an Extraordinary End-of-Career Award unanimously at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Valencia. He has attended advanced courses with Masters Enrique Perona, Leo Brouwer, David Rusell, Roberto Aussel and José Tomàs.

He holds a degree in Teaching from the University of Valencia, a degree in Music and Music Sciences and a PhD from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He is currently a professor of Music at the Universitat Jaume I in Castellón.

He has been a guitar teacher at the Conservatory of Vila-real (Castellón) and at the Mestre Agut Manrique School of Music in Almassora (Castellón), of which he was director for four years.

Under his direction, the Castellón Musical Heritage Research and Research Group at the UJI, together with the direction of several doctoral theses and research projects have allowed the recovery and dissemination of authors and works of Castellón of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, as well as musicological studies around the Music of our province.

He is currently part of the duo du duo chamber quartet, with performances in Valencia, Castellón, Madrid and Teruel.
